This picture of an iceberg was sent to me through my chain of Shad Valley contacts.. I guess a friend's coworker was doing some sort of scuba diving work in the ocean, and when she came back up, she was able to see the iceberg like this because the sun was shining perfectly straight overhead.  Posted by Hello

It is an impressive picture,

It's off a very well known motivational poster. It's the exact same iceburg...maybe your friend was pulling your leg.

Nah, I still believe it, it's amazing how many contacts Shad Valley people have. Most of Canada's most famous people in business in science seem to be avid supporters of Shad. I can see how it might be on a motivational poster, though.

The Museum of Hoaxes has this marked as a composite photo. http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/photos/iceberg.html.

I also quite enjoyed their hoax photo quiz.

(Jeanine, are you yourself an Edmonton Shad? I used to get the Shads, new and old, together at Heritage Days, but lately SI won't send me the list of Edmonton Shads due to privacy concerns, and I don't think I know anyone in the SI head office anymore. I couldn't spot any way to contact you except like this.)
